Architect "Niteen Parulekar" a graduate in Bachelor of Architecture from the renowned JJ School of Architecture in(1988), he is one of India's leading architects, attributed to his versatility and visionary approach to design. In 1996, after a stint of nearly eight years in the industry, he established Niteen Parulekar Architects Pvt. Ltd. (NPAPL). He is best known for his experimental innovation and nouveau designs. His versatility and progressive leadership has been phenomenal in the development & growth of the firm. His creativity and passion to excel have been the reasons behind his endeavours. His work has been recognised in leading publications like the Times of India, Loksatta, Maharashtra Times and Hindustan Times. He has forayed into projects spanning Residential, Commercial, Corporate, IT Campus, Hospitality, Healthcare, Institutional, Master planning, Retail, Industrial and Leisure verticals.
